WatSu Therapy with Theri Thomas
12 November – 01 December 2013
(WATer ShiatSU) is a form of aquatic therapy, which combines massage, yoga-like stretches and point work carried out in skin temperature (36°C) water. The weightless environment of the water allows for graceful, fluid movements which can release muscle tension, improve circulation and increase your range of motion.
Theri Thomas is an internationally-renowned speaker and is the only Instructor Trainer in the world certified with three complete Aquatic Bodywork programs: AQUATHERICS® bodywork, Watsu and Healing Dance.
Her 35 years of practical and extensive teaching experience allowed her to develop individual programs to meet the concerns of clients with special needs including chronic pain, orthopedic and neurological concerns, PTSD, pregnancy, elderly and hospice.
Experience this therapeutic blissful experience while floating in warm water and a backdrop of the turquoise ocean of Reethi Rah.
